Terms of Service

The following Terms of Service apply only to Private Commissions:

Payment

  • The accepted currency is USD

  • Payment will be accepted through Paypal

  • Commissions must be paid 50% or 100% upfront

  • The final piece will not be delivered until it is paid in full

Process

  • Time to complete a commission can vary from 1 week to 3 months depending on the complexity of the piece and factors such as health, work, school, etc.

  • The commissioner will be provided with periodic updates throughout the illustration process

  • Small revisions can be made after the completion of the artwork

  • Revisions that require me to completely redraw parts of the piece will come with additional fees

  • The final product will be delivered as a PNG file

Communication, Cancellation, and Refunding

  • I will communicate primarily through email

  • If a commissioner does not reply within 2 weeks of a request, the commission will be canceled

  • Do not send payment before I have accepted the commission

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission

  • I may cancel a commission at any time for any reason

  • If a commission is canceled before I start it, you can receive a full refund

Copyright and Usage

  • I retain all rights to the artwork

  • I may post the artwork online

  • I may display it on any website, including portfolios

  • I may use it for any promotional purposes

  • You, the commissioner, may NOT take credit for the work

  • You may NOT use the artwork for any commercial or promotional purposes

  • You may NOT alter the artwork without my permission

  • You may use the work for any personal use unless told otherwise

  • You may post the artwork online
